PHILOSOPHY

I’m into Stoic philosophy. I’m the founder of the NYC Stoics, co-founder of The Stoic Fellowship, and on the team for Modern Stoicism.

In addition, I co-organized Stoicon ’16, the first Stoicon held outside of London. I’ve also given several workshops at various Stoicons and Stoicon-Xs, and occassionally blog for Stoicism Today. For example, check out my post on Buddhist vs. Stoic mindfulness.

Finally, I have a new book on Greco-Roman philosophies co-authored with Massimo Pigliucci and Meredith Alexander Kunz available for preorder (Beyond Stoicism (US) / Live Like a Philosopher (UK)). I also have a previous book co-authored with Massimo Pigliucci which covers 52 Stoic exercises (A Handbook for New Stoics (US) / Live Like a Stoic (UK)).
